Numerous volunteer service opportunities for adults and high school students are available at the Library.

Opportunities

Our adult opportunities include:

Adopt-A-Shelf - Each Adopt-A-Shelf volunteer is responsible for maintaining order in a specific area of the Library’s collections.

Outreach Delivery - Outreach volunteers deliver library materials to our patrons who are unable to visit the Library..

Book Sale - Volunteers help to fill and organize the Book Sale shelves.

Special Projects - Volunteers provide clerical support and assistance with various projects in the Library.

Language Interpreters - Help us to make language interpretation services available for our non-English speaking patrons.

How Can You Become a Volunteer?

Volunteer applications for adults and high school students are available at the Reference Desk located in the Adult & Young Adult Department. You can also print the adult volunteer adult volunteer application [PDF] or teen volunteer application [PDF], fill it out and submit it at the Library.
