Chair exercises will meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month--June, July and August--in the library's second floor Meeting Room. Colette Gaiman will lead you through exercises, based on everyday movements that are natural and organic, focus on the healthy longevity of the body and mind. The movements are designed to be performed seated in a chair, and almost anyone can do them, regardless of most physical conditions. Details on the exercises to be done can be found here.
