March is "Severe Weather Preparedness Month" in Illinois. As the calendar flips from winter to spring, it is important to be aware of the severe weather threats that exist in our state.

Join Brett Borchardt, meteorologist with the National Weather Service office in Romeoville, as he discusses severe weather preparedness. Brett was working during the devastating Naperville-Woodridge tornado in 2021. He will provide first-hand insights from that event.
