Kick off National Hispanic Heritage Month with a flavorful celebration! Join Culinary Arts Instructor Chef Violeta Trujeque, originally from Veracruz, Mexico, for an authentic taste of Mexican street food culture. She’ll demonstrate how to make traditional street tacos from scratch—and you’ll get to sample the delicious results! Limit 50 participants.
