Event Details
Educators from the DuPage Children's Museum will be at the library to present this NEW interactive entomology LearningLab which will study physical properties, habitat, and adaptations. Students will observe, describe, and draw LIVE stick insects, hissing cockroaches, tarantulas, and scorpions while talking about where these bugs live, how they live, and why they look as they do. Emphasis is also placed on these invertebrates’ role in the ecosystem and their impact on society.
