Is your New Year's resolution to start a healthy new habit? Try meditation! Hear the benefits of meditation from a longtime practitioner and teacher, with a brief overview of the most popular styles, then take part in a beginner-friendly, guided meditation practice.

You may choose to take part in the meditation from your cushioned program chair, or please feel free to bring a yoga mat or floor pillow.
