Join meditation facilitator Dana Joyce for a 60 minute experience in sound meditation. A sound bath is a form of meditation that guides listeners into a deep state of relaxation using the sounds and vibrations from instruments such as crystal bowls, flutes, and chimes. A few possible benefits of sound meditation are reduced stress, increased relaxation, and improved sleep.
Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and/or pillow if you would like to lie down for the session. Chairs will be provided for those who prefer, or those with mobility issues.
