Join us in experiencing a relaxing Sound Bath, where soothing sounds and simple mindfulness techniques will be intentionally combined to invite a therapeutic effect on your body and mind. A few possible benefits of sound meditation are reduced stress, increased relaxation, and improved sleep.
Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and/or pillow if you would like to lie down for the session. Chairs will be provided for those who prefer, or those with mobility issues.
