Join Marcy Lautanen-Raleigh from Backyard Patch Herbs for an intimate tea education experience with hands on brewing and serving. Taste different types of tea, styles of tea, and tea ingredients. Learn about unique characteristics of the teas, the harvesting and drying methods, and the regions where they are grown. Learn proper brewing temperature, brewing time, and properties for each tea. From white and green to black and herbal, we will hit all the highlights. A variety of flavorful samples will be served.
