In Memory of Pam Dubé

Pam Dubé

It is with deep sadness that we mourn the passing of our esteemed director, Pam Dubé, who lost her battle with cancer on March 19.

Our hearts and deepest condolences go out to Pam's family, her many friends in the library world, and to everyone touched by her joy and infectious enthusiasm.

Director Dubé's family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her name to the Woodridge Public Library. The Library promises to use the memorial funds to accomplish something that Pam would have found interesting and that, to use her words, is not boring.

Director Dubé, a champion in her advocacy on behalf of the WPL, was proud of her position here, expressing to friends and colleagues that she had found her professional "home."

She will be dearly missed.
