This program is interactive! Each week the Children's Department assembles a take-home packet of engaging early learning activities, along with supplies for hands-on learning (manipulatives), for parents to share with their children. It promotes school readiness for children ages 3 through 5.
Participate in Building Blocks for Tots at any time--just jump in on our current program week and enjoy quality learning time with your child. Through fun activities, Building Blocks supports the Illinois Early Learning and Development Standards providing for children's growth, development, and learning in the preschool years!
There is no registration for this program. While supplies last, new weekly learning packets--one (1) per child--will be available for pickup on a first-come, first-served basis at the Circulation Desk in the library's lobby beginning each Monday.
